Learn about the rules of using the ElanLink.az platform

General Rules

By registering on the ElanLink.az platform, you agree to these rules.
Only persons over 18 years of age may use the platform.
Each user may create only one account.
You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information.
The platform reserves the right to change the rules at any time.

Account Rules

Registration is done via email (no password required).
Each account is allocated 10 free listing spots.
Daily limit: 5 new listings, weekly limit: 15 new listings.
Your account may be blocked for violating the rules.
Creating fake accounts is prohibited.

Content Rules

Only real products and services may be listed.
The listing language must be in one of the supported languages (AZ, RU, EN).
Photos must be high quality and relevant to the listing.
Minimum 1, maximum 20 photos.
Each photo must not exceed 5 MB in size.
Using other people's photos without permission is prohibited.

Prohibited Content

Weapons, explosives, and military equipment.
Narcotic and psychotropic substances.
Adult content 18+.
Hate speech materials.
Stolen or illegally obtained goods.
Forged documents and licenses.
Spam and fraudulent schemes.
Sale of personal data.

Account Blocking

In the following cases, your account may be temporarily or permanently blocked:

Spam and unwanted content

Mass posting of identical listings, spam links, reposting of deleted listings.

1st violation: 24 hours2nd violation: 7 days3rd violation: 30 days4th violation: Permanent

Fraud and deception

Demanding 100% prepayment, fake documents/photos, buyer deception schemes.

1st violation: 30 days2nd violation: Permanent

Inappropriate content

Prohibited goods, adult content 18+, hate speech materials.

1st violation: 7 days2nd violation: 30 days3rd violation: Permanent

Platform rule violations

Posting in wrong category, attempting to bypass limits, using others' photos.

1st violation: 24 hours2nd violation: 7 days3rd violation: 30 days4th violation: Permanent

Fake listings

Non-existent products, clickbait prices, copying others' listings.

1st violation: 7 days2nd violation: 30 days3rd violation: Permanent

The platform administration reserves the right to change the blocking period depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

If you believe the block was a mistake, contact us:

Spam and Fraud Protection

Free account: maximum 5 listings/day, maximum 15 listings/week.
Reposting an identical deleted listing is blocked for 15 days.
AI detects similarity: title (85%+), description (85%+), price (±10%), photos.
Deception attempts: 1st - warning, 2nd - 24-hour block, 3rd - 7-day block, 4th - permanent block.
