Listing Placement Rules
Follow these rules for quick approval and successful sales
General Requirements
- Only real products and services may be listed.
- Each listing must relate to only one product or service.
- Listings must be placed in the correct category.
- Spam and duplicate listings are prohibited.
- Daily limit: 5 new listings, weekly limit: 15 new listings.
Photo Requirements
Photo Requirements
- Minimum 1, maximum 20 photos.
- Format: JPG, PNG, WEBP.
- Each photo size: maximum 5 MB.
- Minimum resolution: 800x600 pixels.
- The first photo is used as the main image (cover).
Tips
- Take photos in good lighting.
- Show the product from different angles.
- Don't use other people's photos.
- Photos with watermarks may receive a warning.
AI Checks
- Photo quality and clarity are checked.
- Photo relevance to the listing is verified.
- Watermark presence is checked.
Title Rules
- AI will suggest a title based on specifications.
- The title must accurately describe the product.
- Spam words and excessive use of capital letters are prohibited.
- Do not include phone numbers or contact information in the title.
Description Rules
- Minimum 50 characters.
- Describe the product condition in detail.
- Specify what's included.
- Write the reason for selling.
- Spam links and prohibited words are checked.
- AI will provide tips to improve the description.
Price Rules
- Price must be listed in AZN.
- AI will show the average market price.
- "Negotiable" option is available.
- Suspiciously low or high prices are checked.
- Posting fake prices to attract attention is prohibited.
Contact Information
- Name is auto-filled.
- Email is taken from profile (cannot be changed).
- Phone number is optional.
- You can choose contact method: calls and messages, calls only, messages only (number hidden).
Automated Moderation
After publishing, your listing is checked automatically within 2-3 seconds.
- Prohibited words (profanity, insults).
- Fraud patterns ("100% prepayment").
- Spam links.
- Category relevance.
- Photo quality and relevance.
- Duplicate detection.
Listing published! Status: ACTIVE. Time: 2-3 seconds.
Listing is being reviewed by a moderator. Time: up to 30 minutes. Notification sent to email.
Listing did not pass moderation. Reason is provided. You can edit and resubmit.
You already had a similar listing! Restore it for 2 AZN.
Listing Lifecycle
Draft
You started creating but didn't publish. Auto-saves every 30 seconds.
Under Moderation
Sent for automatic review. Awaiting result (2 sec - 30 min).
Active
Passed moderation. Visible to all users. Lives 30 days from publication.
Archived
You archived it yourself. Not visible in search. Spot freed immediately. FREE restoration within 30 days.
Expired
30 days passed. Automatically archived. Spot freed. Can be restored for 2 AZN.
Rejected
Did not pass moderation. You can edit and resubmit.
Duplicate Protection
You cannot delete a listing and post an identical one for 15 days.
